Activity Director

The Activity Director serves as a support to the healthcare members for day-to-day wellness needs. The Activity Director is responsible for the cohesion and teamwork of the Life Enrichment Leaders to deliver outstanding customer service and develop an enriching community program for the members that integrates and meets their interests and needs into their daily routine. In order to meet the interests and needs of the members, the Activity Director shall assist in interviewing healthcare members to learn about their preferences, lifelong interests, favorite things, and daily routines. Under the leadership of the Healthcare Administrator, the Activity Director shall assist in the development and integration of social events, outings, programs, and activities, with a multitude of choices, for the members of the campus based on what they learn about members. The social/activities program shall be multi-faceted and reflect groups’ and individuals’ interests and needs and provide programming that focuses on the six dimensions of wellness: emotional, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, and vocational. The program shall be a well tailored program that includes, but is not limited to, themed events, educational opportunities, social functions, spiritual opportunities, day trips, cultural outings, lectures, informational meetings, and volunteer opportunities. The Activity Director shall collaborate with the Social Director to develop and continually update a file of resources available in the surrounding community to utilize and enhance the programming options available to members. The Activity Director shall also assist in the recruitment and placement of volunteers to assist in the delivery of programming campus wide.

Certified Dietary Manager Clinician

Certified Dietary Manager Clinician (CDMC) administers and ensures that the dining experience, at the highest level, in Senior Living Facilities is nutritionally sound, safe, healthy and fulfilling for all Resident’s. The CDMC makes certain that the nutritional screening, food preferences, and food acceptance are accurately obtained, monitored, and recorded in the medical record in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. The CDMC will also ensure that any food and/or fluid related interventions are added to plans of care.

Certified Nursing Attendant

The CNA 1 will deliver person centered care based on the needs and interests of the residents while preserving their dignity and quality of life. CNA 1 provides assistance and support for the activities of daily living; including but are not limited to dining, housekeeping, and life enrichment, which are a part of the residents’ daily choices. CNA 1’s work under the supervision of the Resident Care Director/Director of Nursing/Healthcare Administrator.

Director of Healthcare Marketing

Director of Healthcare Marketing plans, organizes and directs the leasing and admission activities for the healthcare areas of the campus. This position cultivates prospects and referral sources, coordinates the move-in of new residents and plans marketing events for prospective residents and resident families. The Director of Healthcare Marketing assures the completion of all admission procedures prior to the arrival of the resident under the supervision of the Executive Director.

Housekeeper

Housekeeper cleans and sanitizes common areas, homes, apartments, suites, and healthcare units on the campus. Housekeeper will follow a regular work schedule to accomplish duties under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Housekeeping Supervisor directs the housekeeping, laundry and floor services for the entire campus. This includes the scheduling and coordination of the housekeeping and floor care staffs under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance.

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), provides skilled nursing services in the home in accordance with standards, regulatory guidelines and licensure requirements. Maintains compliance with Agency policies and procedures. Server provides food and beverage service tableside to residents, resident families and guests. This position maintains the cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, beverage machines, and all other work areas as well as the taking and filling of orders, servicing buffet lines, and accommodating residents mealtime requests under the supervision of the Dining Room Manager.

Senior Living Communities conducts thorough pre-screenings for all new hires upon employment and continues to uphold the following policies throughout the duration of employment. These policies are to protect the safety of our residents, employees, visitors and contractors.

Drug-Free Workplace. We drug test all new employees upon hire. Random and reasonable suspicion drug screenings are continued throughout employment. Drug screens are ordered for all parties involved in work-related accidents.

Tobacco-Free Community. Employees are prohibited from smoking and/or using tobacco in any form anywhere on company property at any time. Violations by employees will be immediate dismissal and termination of employment. To read more information, view "Our Pledge".

Criminal Checks. We conduct thorough background checks on all new hires and analyze all convictions, including misdemeanors. A conviction of a crime will not necessarily disqualify an applicant from employment. Failure to indicate a conviction, regardless of the recency or severity, will be considered a falsification, which is a disqualifier from further consideration, and if already hired, is grounds for immediate dismissal and termination of employment. If an employee is convicted of a violation of a law during employment, it is their responsibility to report the conviction to their Business Manager.
